Grandparents’ Day Celebration with Enthusiasm and Warmth

Kerala Samajam Model School, an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution, joyously celebrated Grandparents’ Day. Organized by the IT Club and Western Music Club, the event brought together students of classes Std. I and Std. II with their grandparents, fostering a special bond between generations.
The celebration began with a warm welcome by Mr. Amrendra Kumar, Moderator IT Club. The students showcased their talents through captivating performances, including melodious songs and a musical extravaganza, which brought smiles and nostalgia to the grandparents’ faces.
The highlight of the event was the fun-filled games for grandparents, conducted by Mr. Rajan Singh, and the engaging Bollywood quiz, conducted by Ms. Kamalpreet “Yaad Aa Gaya Mujhko Guzra Zamana,” which grandparents and their grandchildren enjoyed together, creating unforgettable memories.
The program was conducted under the able guidance of Ms. Nandini Shukla, Principal, Vice Principals : Mr. A.L. Abraham, Ms. Rina Banerjee, and Ms. Sujata Singh graced the occasion as guests of honor. Ms. Michelle, Moderator Western Music Club, expressed gratitude to the grandparents on behalf of the Principal, saying, “The presence of grandparents has added a special dimension to our celebration. Their love, wisdom, and experiences are a treasure for our students.”
The event concluded with a delightful program featuring student performances, leaving the grandparents beaming with joy. The Grandparents’ Day celebration was a heartwarming event that strengthened inter-generational bonds and created lasting memories.
