“Bridging School and University : A Career Exploration Visit to Arka Jain University”
The Career Guidance Club of Kerala Samajam Model School organized an enriching educational field trip for the students of class XI to Arka Jain University with the objective of providing first-hand exposure to higher education institutions and diverse career opportunities.
During the visit, students were warmly welcomed by the university representatives and were introduced to the academic environment, infrastructure, and facilities of the campus. The students gained valuable insights into various undergraduate and professional courses, admission procedures, skill-based programs, and emerging career options aligned with current industry requirements.
Interactive sessions conducted by faculty members helped students understand the importance of career planning, skill development, and informed decision-making after school education. The campus tour further familiarised students with modern classrooms, laboratories, libraries,moot court room and student support services.
The visit proved to be highly informative and motivating, enabling students to visualize their future academic pathways. The Career Guidance Club aims to continue organizing such experiential learning opportunities to support students in making well-informed career choices.
