Workshop on Road Safety

Today, on July 31, 2023 a workshop on road safety was organized in the auditorium of Kerala Samajam Model School.
In his address, Mr. Animesh Kumar Gupta, DSP, City Traffic informed that all road rules that have been made it is everyone’s responsibility to follow it. The work of traffic is not only to cut challan but to serve you. He requested the guardians and van drivers to take the children safely home.
Elaborating on the occasion, Mr.Prashant Kumar Giri, DTO said that every year 2,00,000 people die in road accidents, this number is huge. We have to avoid this.
Ms. Sangeeta, Police Station Incharge, Jugsalai also told that we have to follow road safety. Most of the accident victims are motorcyclists and cyclists.
All the members of the Safe Club, 500 parents, van and auto drivers, students of class XI & XII were present for the workshop.
