Inauguration of Green Energy

Kerala Samajam Model School had the Inauguration Ceremony for Green Energy Solar Panel, Nursery Playstation and Indoor Games Courtyard today.
The Chief Guest Mr. Ritu Raj Sinha, MD, TSUISL, inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. He was accompanied by Mr. K. P. G. Nair, Chairman KSMS, Ms. Nandini Shukla, Principal, KSMS, and members of Board of Trustees. This was followed by a visit to all the new facility within the school premises.
The Solar Power generating system comprises 185 Solar Panels along with 50 kVA x 2 ongrid inverter duly connected with the net metering system which is now fully functional.
Nursery Playstation has various playing equipments for the tiny tots to keep them engaged and develop their skills.
Indoor Games Courtyard has PVC mats to facilitate playing badminton, table tennis chess and carrom board.
Audience viewed a presentation highlighting the journey of the school so far, followed by dance performances and songs.
The Chief Guest in his speech emphasised on sustainability and Green School Education for a better tomorrow.
