The Summer Sports Camp 2023 at Kerala Samajam Model School, Golmuri was inaugurated on Sunday, May 7, 2023 by T. K. Sukumaran, Trustee, Kerala Samajam.

Members of the Kerala Samajam, Vice Principals – Ms. Rajan Kaur, Ms. Rina Banerjee and Mr. Abraham, KSMS Alumni members, Teaching and Sports Faculty and Staff of the school were present during the Inauguration Ceremony.

350 students from both KSMS & KSHS participated in this Sports Camp.

Activities in Zumba, Western Music, Art & Craft and various Sports Disciplines like Athletics, Handball, Football, Volleyball, Karate, Badminton, Yoga, Chess were conducted in this camp.

Students got a fun filled time during the days of the camp. Competitions were held in all activities on the last day of the camp, in which the students were trained during the camp days.

The Summer Sports Camp 2023 at Kerala Samajam Model School, Golmuri had its Closing Ceremony on Sunday, May 14, 2023 by the Chief Guest, Mr. K.P.G Nair, Chairman, Kerala Samajam and Guest of Honour Mr. Govind Sharan, from Naval Tata Hockey Academy, Jamshedpur.

Two new sporting facilities, Hockey and Lawn Tennis for the school were also inaugurated during the closing ceremony.

Mr. K Muralidharan, President, Mr. T. K. Sukumaran, Trustee, Mr. P Sashidharan, and board members from the Kerala Samajam, Vice Principals – Ms. Rajan Kaur, Ms. Rina Banerjee, Ms. Sujata Singh and Mr. Abraham, KSMS Alumni members, Parents, Teaching and Sports Faculty and Staff of the school were present during the Closing Ceremony.

The special efforts of the trainers during the Sports Camp – Mr. P Sashidharan, Mr. Deepak Jagan, Mr. Jay Kumar, Mr. Shahbaz Khan, Ms. Anjani, Mr. Splen, Ms. Jaswinder made the event a great success.

The eight-day Summer Sports Camp 2023 at KSMS from Sunday May 7, 2023 concluded on Sunday, May 14, 2023.
