Vrikshabandhan was celebrated by the Jyoti Club of KSMS on the eve of Rakshabandhan. Students of KSMS made rakhis and bought some rakhis made by the students of Kerala Samajam Hindi School. These rakhis were then tied on the trees in the school premises with a gesture of gratitude for nature protecting us from the harsh weather conditions.
Children also remembered the Chipko Movement by celebrating Vriskshabandhan to emphasize the nature conservation. This initiative was organised under the guidance and support of our Principal Ms. Nandini Shukla and the Club Moderators Ms. Sneha Kumari and Ms. Prabhsimran Kaur.
