World Nature Conservation Day

On the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day, the members and the teachers of the Environment Club of KSMS and KSHS took the initiative of planting new medicinal herbs in their Aushadhi Corner. The plantation was conducted with a view to sensitise students towards the importance and the need to conserve medicinal plants.
Six saplings each of lemon grass, ashwagandha, satabari, mint have been planted in the herbal garden. The plantation was a success in empowering students with knowledge of medicinal plants and it’s medicinal values.
