A Suggestion Mela was organized for staff namely teachers, non-academic staff and support staff on 13th July at noon. The initiative was to generate creative and progressive ideas to accelerate the integrated improvement of the school. The out-of-box thinking was encouraged. The inputs were fine-tuned into areas such as Academics, Co-Curricular, Discipline, Improvement Initiatives (Math, Eng, Sc.), Communication Skills, Moral And Ethical Issues, Personality Development, Stress Management, Leadership Ability, School Strategy Planning, Teachers Motivation. Each participant’s suggestion will be assessed by the school leadership and implemented as per their feasibility. The best-implemented suggestion will be then awarded by the school management. The forum ensured 100% employee participation.
