Chairman's Message

Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) was established in 1980 with its sole aim being “Education is the basis of all progress”. A dream that became a reality, because of our founder late Shri. APR. Nair. It is for this very reason that we forayed into education, about 37 years ago.
The entire purpose of education is not to restrict itself in imparting bookish knowledge only but to inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and competence in a student.
At KSMS, we impart education that is based on conscience and we develop young minds that are bustling with self-confidence, motivation and are ready to take up challenges.
The campus, sports and academic facilities all bear testimony to this effort. In order to promote an internationally acceptable education our key focus has been on faculty development providing continuous teachers training in order to deliver real value education and excellence in academics. Teachers are trained not only to teach well but are also expected to inspire confidence and trust in their students and become role models. Further, the school inculcates in the students a respect for tradition and ensures discipline and good manners.
We are confident that this school is one of the best place for your child in this steel city. We welcome your active interest and involvement in the progress and development of your child. We look forward to your continuous support today and in the years to come.

From the Principal's Desk

KSMS a co-educational school has built a reputation that is synonymous with excellence and social work. Here we provide an atmosphere to 3300 students where we nurture every child, provide equal and ample opportunities for growth and help the students to broaden their intellectual, physical and emotional horizons. At the same time, we develop in them a strong sense of integrity, compassion and generosity.
KSMS provides equal opportunities to develop in every student all skills required for the 21st century i.e. analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and communication. The focus is to provide a platform to every student for reaching his/ her full potential and enhancing self-esteem to become a successful part of an ever-changing society. At KSMS we believe in enabling all our stakeholders to realise and grow to their full potential;
So, ample training opportunities are provided to teachers and parents to enable them to be confident enough to handle issues related to children.
By removing fear of failure, students and teachers are encouraged to take healthy risks and if they fail, then to try again thereby enabling continuous excellence as a habit.
Our students are articulate, impressive and tolerant of others' perspectives and views.
We welcome you to our website to get a feel of the positive energy that the school vibrates with as we try to lay the foundation of the younger generation for a golden tomorrow.

"If you chase something that you felt strongly about, then it is called success"

Vice Principal's Message

At KSMS we educate young people academically without compromising on ethical, moral and social values. We have supportive management, amazing teachers and dedicated group of support staff who are committed to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students by providing the best learning opportunities. All round development of a child is ensured through various co-curricular and extra- curricular activities.

A lot of focus is given to every child as we believe that 'No Child should be left behind'. Our aim is to recognize each child's individual effort in many areas like coming well dressed to school, having good listening skill, being a star student, having good writing, lending helping hand to name a few. The idea behind this initiative is to improve their self-esteem, to help them blossom and grow as individuals and to enable them to realize their true potential.

Parents/ Guardians, our most important stakeholders are always welcome at our school and are being trained by our teachers on how to improve their children through a project ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain'. Further, we encourage them to become active participants in school programs and classroom activities through Suggestion Mela, Mother's Workshop’ and Father's Workshop.

We welcome you to the KSMS website to give you a glimpse of daily life at our wonderful school. We invite you to explore the KSMS Website to get additional information on our programs, curricula, and courses offered and discover more about our faculty, staff and students.
