73rd INDEPENDENCE DAY at KERALA SAMAJAM MODEL SCHOOL
Kerala Samajam Model School celebrated the 73rd Independence Day in the new school campus at Golmuri.
The Chief Guest Mr. K P G Nair, Chairman, hoisted the national flag at 8:00 a.m. in the school premise. In his speech he urged the students to look towards promoting peace, harmony and development in our country today and fight against prevalent negativity.
The children of KSMS and KSHS sang songs on the spirit of patriotism paying tribute to the leaders of freedom struggle.
The Primary level students also celebrated the day with students attired in costumes of people who spearheaded the struggle for freedom and quoted from their speech.
All the students, staff and dignitaries of the Kerala Samajam were present at the flag hoisting function.
