Geography department teachers “Mrs. J CHHAYA” and “Mrs. SHEELA SUDHAKARAN” of KERALA SAMAJAM MODEL SCHOOL along with a few students of std X visited a small village Simuldanga on the outskirts of the city to learn about the topographical survey sheet.

After the visit the students shared their knowledge gained with the other students by making a replica of the village using conventional symbols and models. This transporting of a village model in the school campus was very well appreciated by one and all with great enthusiasm. The learning of survey through topographical sheet was never so easy.
