On the occasion of 70th Republic Day 2019 the flag hoisting ceremony was held in the school campus in the presence of School Children, Parents, Teachers, and Members of the Managing Committee.

The flag was hoisted by the Chief Guest, MR. VARGHESE SAMUEL (President, Kerala Samajam) at 8.30 am. Accompanied by Mr. K P G Nair, Chairman, Kerala Samajam, Ms. Nandini Shukla, Principal & Ms. Rajan Kaur, Vice-Principal.

This was followed by two melodious patriotic songs sung by children of Kerala Samajam Model School and Kerala Samajam Hindi School.

In his speech Mr. Samuel exhorted the children to follow their Constitution and respect country freedom and those who lay down their lives both in the past and in present situation. The program ended with resounding cheers of Jai Hind, Jai Hind, Jai Hind!!.
